Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I manage an employee relations team with a busy and complex caseload. We also advise on varied employment law matters. We have a lot of experience in the team but use the service daily for reference. We also use it as a basis for policies and templates and any time we look to implement a new process or policy. I haven't attended a webinar yet, but plan to.

We use our external lawyers less so there could be a correlation
We are quicker to produce new templates and implement processes

Identified numerous ways where our practice falls short of 'best practice'. I have been able to use this to support advice on business decisions.

CIPD HR-inform

I have not used this platform personally but our HRD decided that Brightmine is a better platform to suit our needs. This led to cancelling that service and we're currently users of Brightmine.

I think any employee relations team should use it and I would look to continue to be a user if I moved companies. It's also useful for other HR professionals such as Business Partners.
