We use Brightmine to support us with updating our policies, we use the legal service for advice purposes and the News alerts for awareness of best practices and legal updates.

Brightmine is what we use to do our research and understand case law and rulings. We also use the Brightmine legal service to unpick and complex cases or seek support where necessary. This in assistance with us using Brightmine to update our documents play a key role in our compliance and ensuring we remain constantly up to date. Brightmine plays a key part in our compliance as a result.
The Brightmine New's articles help us understand industry trend and what is happening in the wider HR community. This in line with our internal objectives allows us to look forward and take key decisions when necessary.
CIPD Inform offers very similar services but is much more cost effective. Whilst Brightmine remains the main tool for us CIPD are stating to make an impact on this market.

Brightmine is a really good platform for any HR department team, it provides great articles which have sparked great internal debates. We use Brightmine to update our policies and it saves us a lot of time as the best practice is incorporated into the policy. The policy and other Brightmine templates are written well and simple for our employees to follow. The legal support has been very beneficial for us in understanding complex scenarios and we receive advice promptly.
