Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
Really great offering with practical HR-related policies, procedures and templates. If we need guidance or a template document you can pretty much guarantee Brightmine will have something suitable. We have recently used the documents on Brightmine to conduct a gap analysis in our policies and standard letters, to introduce improvements where needed. Great service and very user friendly.
