Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Brightmine for a range of reasons to support us in our roles. Much of our function have licenses so they can access all of the fantastic resources from webinars, tools and templates. I would say that one of my favourites aspect is the regular webinar sessions, which are incredibly insightful and often have knowledgeable, industry-leading guest speakers on topics such as DEI, Reward, Workplace strategy and redundancy. I also use the platform a lot for the letter templates, to ensure I stay up to date with best practice and remain compliant.

Brightmine is perfect for employees of all levels looking for guidance and resources, or support for general upskilling. I would say the resources are particularly beneficial for employees of advisory/partner+ levels, and some content is maybe less relevant to administrators. Despite this, there is great opportunity to use it to upskill yourself if you are looking to take the next step in your HR career.
