Gender pay gap - up to date information available and guidance for presenting the gender pay gap is always useful. Line Manager tools and policy guidance are great to use. A lot of our work is challenging and can be down to the 'culture'. A great deal of the tools are practical guides however I would find it useful if there was some guidance and information sharing from other organisations on how they address issues with their culture. Having case studies is always useful and employment law case sharing is invaluable.
