We use Brightmine as the go-to site to support our HR, L&D, Payroll, Wellbeing, recruitment teams development, and to check in on content. They often use it to collect generic documents, policies, and templates that we then bespoke to our own needs. Everyone within the people team has access to the tool and the average use case is 75% across teams.

The whole people team has access to the tool so they can check in on law and guidance as needed based on their project. This gives them the instant opportunity to sense and check risks. It's a great tool for new starters within HR while they are finding their feet.
