Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
I use Brightmine when creating or revising policies and procedures. I use the training materials to teach my managers on HR-related topics. I feel that the materials that are provided give me back so much time in my daily activities.
Pros
- Providing in-dept compliance related topic materials
- Being state specific resources
- The ability to link the employee handbook with legal updates
Cons
- Linking the policies with a handbook statement.
- Linking email templates discussing the policy being implemented
- Download options for PowerPoint training or changing the font format. When moving the PowerPoint into Google Slides the font changes and does not format well. I find myself having to update the training slides before implementing them.
- Saved time on creating training materials
- Saved time on researching multiple states
The resources have improved my organization's compliance in such a positive way.
I am actively in the process of updating our employee handbook to ensure handbook compliance.
No other products were reviewed. I fell in love with Brightmine and felt no need to look any further.
