Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
Our HR Team have the benefit of the use of Brightmine for some time now. The benefit of having Brightmine and it is invaluable. We use this for policy reviews, industry updates and sample documents. During the pandemic, the timely advice and documents uploaded on to Brightmine were extremely useful.

This has helped our HR Team in creating a suite of standard templated documents which has enabled us to ensure that we have consistency in approach and all employees receive consistent level of advice and support from the team. It is also useful in provision of manager guidance and support for meetings.
Brightmine has given us ideas and inspiration to utilise when creating our HR and wellbeing strategies . This is helpful when recognising the potential of people to drive forward our own business goals and also HR strategy. It helps with legal compliance and consistency and gives resources to support our teams with.
