Usability

It is very simple to use and has a very intuitive interface. However, I think the aesthetic design of the interface could use an overhaul to look more modern and clean. There is also room for improvement in the tutorial aspect of this product, it could be much more detailed.

Have not needed to use support much, but it has always been very helpful and quick.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited for situations where lots of manual data processing is required since it is able to automate this process and make it a much easier experience for everyone involved in the process. It is not well suited for a complex and specific analysis of business data and information.
