Overall Satisfaction with Yooz
To keep track of and manage billing easily and effectively. It does a great job at reading and interpreting invoices as well as memorizing the historical use of account codes and vendors. It really does make the job of paying bills effortless. It is also a great tool to look up data from past invoices to compare costs and even do a yearly breakdown of expenses as well.

We used POs or excel sheets you had to manually enter and scan in invoices so it was definitely a pain and super time consuming.
