Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits

We use Zenefits to process payroll and all aspects associated with payroll and payroll taxes. I use the platform to run all the necessary payroll reports needed by ownership. They handle the required tax filings.

Pros

  • Communicates well with reminders when tasks are required to be completed.
  • Process payroll bi-monthly
  • Keeps track of employee time and paid time off

Cons

  • The wait times to speak with a customer service representative was longer than expected.
  • Takes the pressure off general manager for processing payroll.
  • Offered affordable payroll services
