At Craft Worldwide, we use Ziflow as our review and approval tool with clients. This ranges from sharing PDFs, images across to video assets allowing our clients the ability to closely review and provide streamlined feedback on their assets between review stages and across multiple stakeholders. In terms of problems this address:

- Team satisfaction in feedback provided to them for actioning.
- Improved client satisfaction with a simple and easy tool for review.
It has allowed for feedback to be quickly and easily gathered and then easily passed on to the next person - we can also see priority levels of the feedback received to prioritize tasks in our workflow that add to our ability to deliver on time and high quality.
Ziflow has massively simplified the process and made life as a project manager much more efficient and effective!
