Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We needed to be able to track changes and help clients to manage amends. We needed the specific ability to review HTML and this is possibly one of the best parts of the solution. Clients love to be able to check back on progress. We were replacing an existing system (ProofHQ) which we felt was inflexible and expensive.

The change control tracking is a brilliant feature - as is the ability to manage versions and go back to review those. The ability to review HTML is a great solution too. We use this for both live pages and email campaign proofs. I would say that the administration area would benefit from some stats to show how well the licenses are used by the allocated account holders.
