Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We needed to be able to track changes and help clients to manage amends. We needed the specific ability to review HTML and this is possibly one of the best parts of the solution. Clients love to be able to check back on progress. We were replacing an existing system (ProofHQ) which we felt was inflexible and expensive.

We use Ziflow as an integrated part of our QA processes. We use it for both internal reviews and for reviews with clients. The traceability and the removal of conflicting feedback have been the best outcomes for us.
We were a user of a previous platform, so I would say the biggest impact has been on HTML proofing.
