Zi-Glow-Up!

We utilize Ziflow to review and edit our product labels and communicate such things across multiple departments. Ziflow has increased our efficiency immensely as we no longer need to physically pass edits around the office and have a massive paper trail- it is all accessible and easy to use online. This has become extremely useful in maintaining our productivity as employees sometimes need to be able to work from home.

Ziflow has made it so that our review process requires a lot less time and energy! It has become a well-oiled machine that needs very little attention or effort outside of the actual revising of the label. Even that has become easier, as it is easier to pick out visual flaws on a digital copy rather than a physical one.

Ziflow has made it so that our proofing and editing process is much more organized and timely, as it alerts through email when a new revision needs to be made or when deadlines are coming up. The ability to leave comments in specific places on an image makes it so that we can more easily pinpoint areas that need to be revised and any issues in communication are eliminated.
