Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

We utilize Ziflow to review and edit our product labels and communicate such things across multiple departments. Ziflow has increased our efficiency immensely as we no longer need to physically pass edits around the office and have a massive paper trail- it is all accessible and easy to use online. This has become extremely useful in maintaining our productivity as employees sometimes need to be able to work from home.

Pros

  • Increases productivity, making it easier to communicate with others
  • An organized filing system, where labels/files can be easily located
  • Customer service is always friendly and easy to work with

Cons

  • Slightly confusing setup process
  • Sometimes it is difficult to locate files- filing system can become jumbled
  • Improved Efficiency

  • Increased Content Output

From my experience, Ziflow has been well suited for editing any type of AI or visual files, as well as keeping track of deadlines. What Ziflow would not be well suited for I would imagine would be a project you just need to do by yourself and don't need to communicate with others on, but even then it could still probably be helpful!
