Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We use Ziflow as proofing software internally and externally with our clients. It is an awesome tool to streamline our process and back and forth between team members and clients. We find it cuts down time and organizes all of our information to be in 1 convenient place. We use this product with a wide variety of clients and types of projects.
- Sends consistent project updates and reminders.
- User Friendly - little training needed.
- Project statuses are clear to see and easy to update.
- Cannot update images once uploaded.
- Sometimes managing the settings is confusing.
- Non-users do not have a project dashboard - rely on email notifications.
- Improved efficiency.

Ziflow has made our review process immensely better by implementing automated reminders for review, comments, and approval. This has led to receiving feedback in shorter amounts of time and reducing back and forth between team members and clients before implementing these changes. Definitely a great asset to our workflow process.
Ziflow's collaboration features have definitely improved our content review and approval process. We have found it helpful to have a centralized location of feedback. Individual contributor feedback has helped to create accountability of requested changes throughout our projects especially when we have multiple team members working on a single project.
