We use Ziflow/ApprovePlus where approving Assets/Content sent over from creatives.
- Allows comments to be made on specific areas of creative.
- Lets you look at different versions of creative to see what's changed.
- Allows for dialogue within comments/amendments.
- Reminds you if asset approvals are late/imminent.
- Verification process - changes from daily to weekly.
- Speeds up approvals
- Increases efficiency
As stated earlier, the fact that Ziflow provides a space in which all comments are left on one platform is extremely beneficial and therefore has cut out the need for a rather lengthy approvals process whereby the asset is sent around to each individual for opinions. On top of this, it provides a record of when assets were approved, meaning dates can be traced where needed.
As an organisation, we are able to:
- See one another's comments on said assets.
- Converse with the creatives as to what is required and where.
- Alert creatives of quick changes needed which may have gone unnoticed.
Overall, the approval process has been streamlined and therefore is more efficient as a result of Ziflow.
