Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
While we have an extensively built out backend for our purposes, we needed a way to share our design projects with others and we're looking for a simple, easy-to-use tool. After trying out 3 other services, we found we were well at home using Ziflow as it fits perfectly into our needs. Our needs are not extensive, but they are particular and most important was that our clients would also find it easy to use.

Once we have a design we're ready to share, Ziflow makes it easier to share with our clients. At this point, we switch over and whether 1 or 5 revisions are required, Ziflow makes it easy.
The primary purpose of using Ziflow was so that we didn't have to invite outside users/clients into our company backend. Ziflow allows clients to communicate with our team/designers and speeds up the approval process.
