Pros

Collaboration - SO easy to work with numerous people in different parts of the business. Automated workflows, mean they are sent the proof after other parts of the business have approved.
Mark-up/feedback tools - SO easy to leave comments that people understand and quick action markup tools make it faster and easier to leave comments.
Video markups -So easy to leave feedback at the exact point its relevant

Automated briefing including generating automated job number
More how to's when you first sign up or online videos
Recommendations on file organising - we implemented a system that's not great but didn't know better when we stared

We do weekly newsletters where we advertise a breadth of brands that use our product offerings as well as any promotions.Sometimes there are 10 brands, with 5 separate account managers. We are able to get every module approved by the account managers and have exact links, copy changes and images added to the proof. Once all account managers have approved, the proof is automatically pushed to marketing, compliance and legal so that we can collate all feedback and approvals into one place. Ziflow acts as our source of truth for every proof we do.
