Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We create labels for many different product lines. Every label needs to be reviewed by multiple people.
- able to share a proof with multiple parties
- each reviewer does not need to be registered with Ziflow, which makes it convenient for external clients
- centralized location for multiple people to review
- being able to customize a message per individual would be convenient
- being able to opt out of getting the email that the proof I just uploaded is uploaded, not really necessary
- a more easily accessible archive
- No lost proofs
- being able to tell at a glance, who has seen it, who has taken any action
- able to send proofs to multiple people.
At one point the process was manual. Proofs would get lost on various people's desks, being "in the cloud" has eliminated this and has reduced the amount of time to move the review around and coordinate feedback.
The largest impact is being able to tell what every individual has done in relation to a particular proof.
