Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Ziflow to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on documents. We primarily use it for proofreading presentations, assets, etc. for grammatical accuracy before sharing with clients.

It's been a great timesaver, as well as organizing the work that needs to be edited vs. content that's approved!

Collaboration

It's super easy to invite users to collaborate in Ziflow. With a simple email/username, you're able to add as many people as you'd like to work in a single document. The ability to also download attachments as PDFs to edit, and be able to view edits in Ziflow, has been very nice to utilize.

Ziflow is a great tool to use when collaborating with internal and/or external parties on editing large documents. We hire freelancer proof-readers to review important files, that way we're clear of any grammatical errors before sharing with Clients. Outside of proofreading, I haven't had to use other features of Ziflow much, but I would love to learn other ways to incorporate it in our everyday work flow!
