Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We use Ziflow to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on documents. We primarily use it for proofreading presentations, assets, etc. for grammatical accuracy before sharing with clients.
- Organizing files
- Ability to make comments when proof reading / editing
- Room for improvement when viewing any edits / being able to download the edited document
- This platform has definitely helped with grammatical accuracy and efficiency
- Saves time as others can collaborate easily and invite outside parties to edit documents
It's been a great timesaver, as well as organizing the work that needs to be edited vs. content that's approved!
It's super easy to invite users to collaborate in Ziflow. With a simple email/username, you're able to add as many people as you'd like to work in a single document. The ability to also download attachments as PDFs to edit, and be able to view edits in Ziflow, has been very nice to utilize.
