Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We use Ziflow to help our studio and our clients manage the process of accurately reviewing and approving packaging designs and artworks for fast moving consumer goods. It acts as a single location where all project participants can add comments, submit and clarify queries and enable clear decision making in a timely manner. Before Ziflow, managing all the comments, queries and approval that came thru via email, phone calls, etc. was incredibly time consuming. Ziflow gives the project team a lot of that time back!
- Simple and user friendly interface with little if no learning curve.
- Accurate and specific change requests are especially enhanced when using the markup tools.
- Nice to be able to assign who the decision maker is and also be able to change project participants easily, like when someone goes on holiday or sick leave.
- SOCD (sent, opened, comment, decision) progress indicators provide an awesome 'at a glance' view of project participants activity.
- Email notifications and integration with Asana is brilliant.
- Sometimes when you have proofs that may have names that are similar, it can cause issues with integration on Asana.
- It would be good to be able to upload batches of files in one go without them becoming one file. (not sure if this can already be done and I missed this feature)
- Make it clearer for users to make sure their comment or change request is captured and saved.
- Time Saved - Ziflow easily gives each member of the team a full day back each week.
- Enhanced PR for the agency as we have helped clients claw back some time for themselves as well and the project flow is 100% smoother and professional.
- While it is not cheap, it is value for money and the ROI is easily 20% within the first 18 months.
A lot less effort and a lot less time managing emails and messages. That alone has been a game-changer. The process is also a lot less stressful as everything is tracked, so each project participant is fully aware of what they are accountable for. Proofing is also more efficient. Being able to pulse people in and out of projects is really awesome.
Our review and approval process is now entirely via Ziflow. Since Covid, my team has been working remotely and it would not have been possible to get thru projects as efficiently and effectively without Ziflow. It's the same for a lot of clients and Ziflow has helped them to collaborate, review and approve effortlessly.

Ziflow is similar to Proof HQ, which I have used but never had to implement. I prefer the Ziflow user interface
