It helps store customer data, and outreach information and helps maintain our marketing database. We use it to send automated personalized email campaigns and track them to generate leads.

- The email editor tool is very basic
- You cannot templatize your outreach with out-of-the-box designing
- Integrations with Salesforce and Hubspot is missing
- Its a relatively cost effective tool when compared with the other marketing automation tool available in the market
- Helps save a lot of time in creating leads and running follow-ups campaign
- Creates transparency between sales and marketing team
