Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)

We utilize Zix for its security features when sending emails. Our whole organization utilizes it.

Pros

  • Ensures secure transmission of emails.
  • Works excellent with other companies that use Zixmail too.
  • Integrates with Microsoft exchange.

Cons

  • Some recipients have a difficult time opening emails.
  • My company is more protected from attacks of hackers.
  • I have some complaints from clients that are not savvy with keeping or remembering passwords and they get frustrated.
  • Cost is too high for my business to keep using Zix and I may be looking to find something less expensive.
Security and ability to be protected from hackers.
It is well suited for companies that deal with sensitive information. If you are not dealing with items that require encryption, it would not really be necessary to use.

Using Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)

For us to use is no problem. My recipients however, have issues because they forget passwords.
