Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)

Zix is used throughout our entire organization and has given us the ability to encrypt only emails containing private information, while still having the ability to also send regular, unencrypted, emails to our customers as well.
  • Allows for easy log in and access to encrypted emails.
  • Allows for ease of ability to encrypt or not encrypt informaton
  • I have had no issues with Zix, so there are no examples for improvement here.

The biggest factor in our decision was the ability to set it up in a way that worked for our company, making it both simple for our employees to use and for our customers to receive. Other factors were the ability to achieve industry compliance and cost.
Zix is very well suited for a business looking for the ability to still communicate with its customers in a regular fashion, without customers having to log into a secure system to receive emails for each one sent/received, yet also allowing them the ability to protect its customer's private information and encrypt when needed.

Using Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)

For our company, all we have to do is enter a certain phrase in our subject line and Zix has been set up to recognize and know that any emails with this phrase need to be encrypted when sent out. Extremely simple process.
