Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)

Zix is used by our organization to ensure that emails are encrypted. It works seamlessly and has been a very good product. We have used this for around 6 years + and it requires very little maintenance. It doesn't require any user interaction if none is wanted. Overall it is a good product.

Pros

  • Easy to use
  • Works like it should
  • Reporting available

Cons

  • Licensing can be challenging
  • Increased protection from data breaches via emails
Ease of use was the most important reason we implemented
Works well when dealing with HIPAA data.

Using Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)

[It's] very simple. No training required if you don't want to. It scans emails and applies logic to them.
