Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)
We use Zix for a secure way to send emails. We also use it to block emails leaving our company with NPPI type data.
Pros
- Blocks emails with secure data from leaving the building.
- Portal for external users to access emails.
- Easy management of the system.
Cons
- Resetting user accounts used to be difficult.
- We have an automated way of knowing what is emailed out of the building.
- It gives a summary of violations incoming as well without turning on blocking.
- Symantec
Seemed to be a leader at the time.
