Overall Satisfaction with Zix Email Encryption (ZixEncrypt)

We use Zix for email encryption for all staff. We are a bank, it's required for regulatory.
  • Integrated well with Google corp apps
  • Automatically encrypts when needed
  • Back-end management is not that strong.
  • Nothing positive in particular except compliance
  • Customers sometimes still confused on how to use it
  • None
Our regulator uses it.
It's great for banks.

Easy in general. Tough to set up feature where customers can upload documents from a link on our email address.
