We are committed to actively ensuring the privacy and security of our clients and the sensitive data that they entrust us with. For this reason, we decided to implement Zix’s Email Encryption Service across all departments to protect the contents of our outbound emails containing personally identifiable information, such as account numbers, social security numbers, banking and financial information, and more.
- Customers find it easy to read and reply to emails that are received securely.
- We were able to establish a Subject Line "key word" that allows employees to easy send secure messages via their mobile devices.
- A large number of the insurance carriers we partner with use Zix as well, making our secure correspondence even easier.
