Overall Satisfaction with Zix Information Archiving (ZixArchive)

We use ZixArchive to journal all mail for the organization, as well as all teams chats. This is for compliance purposes.

Pros

  • Compliance searches—eDiscovery.
  • Archiving messages.
  • Message retention.

Cons

  • Search language is complex.
  • Easy to miss items if not proficient in search functionality.
  • Supports our document retention polices.
  • Allows for recovery of data easily.
Zix is by far the superior solution when it comes to searching and the index.
