Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Marketing Automation

From the Zoho One suite of apps, we use 22 of the apps in an end-to-end software ecosystem to track our clients from their initial visit on our website to onboarding, document management, project management, billing, and accounting as well as people management. With Zoho's SalesIQ, I can see who is currently on our website, which page(s) they've visited and for how long. We have the option of chatting with them directly or implementing a bot for targeted messaging and to answer frequently asked questions. The analytics and heatmap tracking on each page informs us where to target call to action buttons or where to make improvements.

Zoho has a good price point. I would encourage that the add-on pricing be less aggressive.
