Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Recruit

My business locates Natural Gas for all of the north western portion of Indiana probably about a 3 hour x 3 hours driving distance span and only have 1 HQ office and 1 in construction spaced out to support our company. With that comes the complications of having to hire people hours away from us that will be reliable and able to perform their job duties in their area of the state without meeting with other employees face to face for days to weeks. Since we are not able to travel most of our applicants due to this using this software allows us to pull applications from all the cities hours away that are expanding and sort and borrow down a select list for each location based on skills and key component's that we select AND it even streamlines the process by after they are selected then going ahead and helping both us and them connect, set up and interview, and even onto the hiring process all in one package without even needing to meet face to face or worry about making appointments and taking extra company time to do a lot of the hiring process.
  • Having both ATS & CRM in the same software allowing hiring professionals to make it more personal while allowing them to fully guide every step.
  • Modest pricing great for smaller growing businesses to begin with especially with a free version that provides more than what a lot of others provide without paying extra.
  • Zoho is known for top notch support and customer service especially after their explosion in 2016. They also provide 24/5 customer support for any shift at any company Monday - Friday.
  • The software is very small business friendly considering other alternatives however, even for enterprises that can afford their higher tiers they bring a substantial amount of add-ons for aswell.
  • The amount of storage available for the software in the free version can be very limiting especially for a business that's needing to grow but hasent chosen to pay for a software yet or is simply trying to see what software will scale best with their business it really.limits that ability.
  • Having to pay extra for specific add-ons even with some of their paid tier's such as mass emails, API calls, or a designated client portal is kind of a let down. However, with a software that streamlines from beginning to end in one package I understand their decision for that.
  • There are some aspects of the software such as the career site for your employees that is not available or only has limited features based on the paid level that you currently have. This is disappointing to me due to the amount of add-ons that have to be paid for even if your an enterprise with their highest paid tier, I feel they could integrate some of those add-ons in exchange for allowing lower level tiers to be able to have full access to those certain features of the sites.
  • Being able to have a software that has ATS and CRM in one package even with the free version helped us tremendously when we first started using Zoho in 2016 and our company began expanding exponentially and not being able to meet in person or designate time for the process in person.
  • Our company began using the free version in 2016 with just a couple 10's of employees and a city or two of scope for our work and having a software that provided us what most charged for as a small business and then having the tiers priced very modestly as our business grew it allowed us to find ways and integrate segments into our process as we learned how to make the experience better for not only us but the candidate's and taking their feedback to improve on ourselves and all of that information is able.to be saved or changed immediately from one spot nomatter where along the recruiting or employment process they are
  • Our business runs 24/7, there's always infrastructure construction going on, someone doing construction on their home, or even planting a tree. We operate 24/7 to ensure homeowners and contractors stay safe everyday from a natural gas disaster; so with that being said the available of a software with over 13,000 employees across the globe and customer service 24 hours 5 days a week and knowing your going to get support from your area of the globe and they are able.to understand your situation and execute a resolution even in the middle.of the night for businesses like ours that operate 24/7 has been most impressive.
  • I am not too in the loop with the hard numbers behind the ROI using Zoho as our business has grown exponentially since we begin using it in 2016 when our company was still very small and seen how their software and process was exploding and have loved them since and I am more in charge of the operations, technology, and navigation portion as my expertise. However I do do know that around 2018 we had went from 15 employees and our HQ was a conference room at a hotel for almost two years and only covering one city to having 3-4 cities in an hour radius and about 150 employees and our projected for the coming year 2019 was a 3x leap and that is when we really buckled down and began paying for and using the paid tiers and add-ons and streamlining our process since we needed to go from 100 employees in two and a half years to hiring almost 320 and have them trained in 8 months. We really integrated Zoho and customizing it to our business style and what we needed as we went and the previous two years before that Zoho did not make us much due to everything being smaller and more face to face but working remotely the free version was good enough for our size so the ROI was minimal. However, for the growth our business needed and the timeframe in such from 2018-2019 utilizing Social Media, careers site, and ads we were able to profit around $8,010 vs other options almost every month during that expansion and for a small business of barely 100 people that was a huge win for us to have that there by our side the whole.time.

With the business I am in I have to be able to search and reach potential candidates from hours away due to the scope of the contract we have covering a solid couple hundred sq. miles of the state; so being able to have a software that can search, sort, rank, and suggest candidates without having to spend ours of time or driving hours for an interview I can connect with one person and make a decision and have the software there for them and send an email or two with the steps and instructions and 5 minutes later be doing the same for another candidate hours away without even needing to leave the office or even from home and knowing that I'm able to monitor and adjust the steps or make adjustments along the way and being able to trust that it is choosing quality candidates and able to help me hire the right people to do my job to keep my contractors and homeowners safe is amazing for our business.
