Whole organization, helps with cross-departmental communication as well as external video conferencing.

Pros

  • Easy for end-user to use
  • Easy to set up
  • Clear administration portal

Cons

  • Better integration with third-party video applications.
  • Increased use of video conferencing.
  • Increased external communication.
Both work very well, but users had more familiarity with Zoom.
Well suited for both internal and external conferences, as well as meeting rooms.
