Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is being used for a video conferencing platform across sales and pre-sales. We demo it to customers as well, but it is mostly used to collaborate over video calls and some chat as we use other platforms as well to collaborate with one another.
Not all of the organization is familiar with Zoom, but mostly sales and pre-sales.

- It's easy to learn how to use.
- Its consistency of partnerships, because it is very confusing to know what is best to use with what.
- Better integration with calendars outside of the add on. If someone schedules a Zoom meeting it does not show up on your app. Only your other meetings do.
- It allows me to have more flexibility with additional platforms I can use easily to set up meetings on my desktop or on the go.
Zoom is the easiest to use in my opinion, but the other services have some good things as well.
