Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Rooms

we use Zoom Room in our daily Zoom meetings and to attend third party invitations from Teams and Webex. Zoom Room help us to improve the user experience and utilizing other features like signage, hotdesking

Pros

  • wireless sharing, using airplay or autodetect on Neat board
  • install multi cameras in meeting room
  • support network A/V speakers/Mic and cameras

Cons

  • companion zoom room need some enhancement to provide better control from the companion room
  • native Zoom Room on Cisco devices.
  • provide self services for the user and eliminating the need of big operation staff
  • utilizing the old endpoints from Cisco and logitech which we used to have before moving to Zoom
same room can be used for meetings, whiteboard, digital signage, workspace reservation. hot desking solution. a
Zoom room is much more easy to use, integrates with wide range of audio visual products, supports multi screens "up to 3 screens with confidant screen" smart name tag. multi share and automated translation.

Zoom room is suitable for most rooms sizes starting from focus rooms to the board room. Zoom Rooms are easy to deploy and manage, usually work and connect with different platform without. Zoom room support wide integration with A/V equipment while maintaining same user experience in all rooms.
