We use zoom to collaborate with external partners and colleagues. We use it for meetings, both audio and video, as well as screening sharing. It helps that we can use one platform for all types of sharing and connection.

- Flexibility in audio/video.
- Easy set up of meetings.
- Recurring meetings.
- Use of host passwords.
- Calendar integration.
- I am not sure of this info.
It is easier to use than Adobe Connect and much more secure than prior conference lines we used.
