Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
On the marketing team, we use Zoom Workplace for running our webinars. I like that it allows multiple people on our team to use the product and the webinar features are pretty intuitive so it's easy to learn and adopt as we grow our marketing team. I also like that the webinar attendee cap is larger than most vendors.
Pros
- Easy to use and learn
- Settings are clear and easy to understand as an admin
- Allows for easy adoption across team members
Cons
- For webinars, more interactive capabilities other than polls
- For webinars, allowing us to block registrants by company name and not just email domain as we have to spend time looking up the domain
- cost savings from using Zoom Workplace for webinars rather than a third party platform since we already use Zoom Workplace internally for meetings
- improved collaboration for webinar planning as the system is easy to use
