Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We host our monthly webinars on Zoom Workplace, and find that it's the ideal platform to host something like this on. We enable Q&A features but want to ensure that only panelists can see questions, and Zoom Workplace has been great for that.

Pros

  • The ability to hide questions from participants
  • The ability to record the webinars on demand
  • Sending out reminder emails to panelists and participants

Cons

  • The on-demand recording doesn't always work. For example, our last webinar was not recorded due to a technical issue.
  • The invites can be confusing for people who aren't very tech savvy. Sometimes the invite includes too much information, including the "dial-in" numbers that can detract from the link itself.
  • Great way to share analytics with team members, including a detailed list of participants.
  • Easy for people of various skill levels to engage with
  • The missing recording, even though our settings were enabled to record the webinar, was frustrating. We rely on the ability to record and I'm still not sure what happened.
Better analytics, better for large numbers of people and hosting events like webinars. The quality of the video, in my opinion, is better on platforms like Teams. Maybe this is because of the volume of people that are logged in at once.
