Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have a Business Zoom Workplace account with 12 licenses assigned with the Workplace Enterprise Premier feature. Most of our staff use it for large meetings or webinars throughout the year and throughout the country. We are a non-profit organization that primarily works with colleges and universities, as well as donors throughout the US.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy to Use breakout sessions
Conference Rooms are useful for webinars
Zoom Workplace phone is really cool!

Cons

I think it could be easier to change your plan without being tied to a contract
Could be easier when using the Zoom Workplace app and connecting your account versus online
Not much else could be useful

Return on Investment

It cost us to upgrade, but it has been valuable for the purpose
Provided different phone options for our staff which has been great
It allows us to schedule large meetings without the stress of people having to download Teams

We upgraded to this account based on our needs for breakout rooms in a large webinar. It went very smoothly with the amount of users that were required. Really we don't need a lot of the features on a regular basis so we would be pleased if they were to be offered without all the other stuff that most of our staff do not use
