Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
Zoom Workplace is a reliable, easy to use means of communication in my organization. It is very convenient that it also offers webinar services that make it easy to host virtual events and integrate it with our CRM.
Pros
- Zoom calendar integration is a great way to see what calls are upcoming
- Ease of use for screen sharing and video call settings
- Zoom Workplace is reliable at blocking out external noise that should be muted from actual conversation taking place in calls
Cons
- I would prefer if the default setting was not to hide all participant view when screen sharing, it's more comfortable to still be able to see the people I am speaking to when giving a presentation
- Zoom and HubSpot integrations can be very tedious and difficult to work with. I think It's a HubSpot issue but I hope Zoom can step in to make that process easier
- I *hate* switching to another platform. An easy web-based option for those who do not have Zoom downloaded when speaking to vendors outside of the organization would be preferred so I don't have to use someone else's google meet or Teams web-based call option
- Improved collaboration
I prefer Zoom Workplace for the UI. Teams is buggy and there's a lot more lag moving around the platform and call options. It has a better messaging system for sure but calling aspect is less than desirable.
