Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ZoomInfo was used as a tool to help identify and recruit candidates for position here at BlueCross BlueShield TN. It was used only in the Talent Acquisition department. The business problem that it address was opening an additional source of candidates for the the recruiting team. It was particularly helpful for Director, VP and Executive level recruiting assignments. It allowed us to find more candidate on our own and use headhunting services less often.

I have not used a product similar to ZoomInfo

Likelihood to Renew

I would like to renew our ZoomInfo access. However, due to HR budget reductions, we have not been given the funds to renew the product.

Likelihood to Recommend

This is a very good tool for an internal executive search function. The access to and information on upper level professionals is excellent. Capturing the recent activity of an professional in their field with the information from the web not only provides a name and title, but also verifiable information that they are working in the right area to be considered for open positions with my company.
