Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
It is mainly used to search for new potential customers, we like to use it to search for contacts in specific industries. The search tool enables us to effectively filter which industries and countries show up in our search. It saves us a lot of time when we are looking for new contacts to invite to seminars or webinars.
Pros
- Provides an effective search method for different industries.
- Great filters for searches, saves a lot of time when you want to make sure you are finding the right people.
- Consistently gives accurate contact information for prospective customers.
Cons
- Could be easier to narrow down industries, maybe add more options.
- Adding a way to save search filters by name would be a nice option.
- Sometimes it's hard to tell whether it has been filtered to show that only contacts in the U.S. are being shown.
- We have had some great list pulls from narrowing down contacts by industry.
- It has made it more efficient for us to find contacts.
- Has definitely decreased time to reach decision makers.
