Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
I used it extensively at my previous employer, but only getting started here. Need names, titles, and mailing addresses for a mailing campaign here.
I've compared ZoomInfo to others in side-by-side searches over a few weeks, and ZoomInfo consistently gave more results. In only one instance -- one -- did the other one find something ZoomInfo didn't. One of my former colleagues, thought this other one was wonderful, but he eventually became a huge fan of ZoomInfo.
We did a lot of prospecting, and we had an accounting foul-up that caused us to lose the service for a few weeks, and it was like having oxygen turned back on when we got it corrected.

- Finds more contacts.
- Either nails the phone number correctly or gets me enough information I can piece it together.
- By looking at several email addresses, you can usually figure out the syntax or possible syntax variations, even if it's not always the same. Send. See if it bounces back. Note address used. Change to next best guess. Send again. See if it bounces...
- I wish they still had the tiered subscription levels, but I understand they you don't.
- If I recall correctly, that Facebook link on a contact never worked correctly even once.
