Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use Zoom for sales intelligence. Finding Names, email addresses and phone numbers. Our entire inside sales organization is using Zoominfo, and is one of the main databases we use. We are able to locate specific titles that we are targeting and get their contact info. That is extremely helpful.
- Pool of contacts. I feel that Zoom has the largest pool of contacts of all the databases I use.
- Searching specific people. Your search options are very detailed.
- Mass list pulling. It is easy to pull a massive list straight to Excel for outreach purposes.
- Correct contact information. I get a lot of bounceback emails.
- Larger pool of IT contacts.
- Org chart similar to DiscoverOrg, where I can see who reports to whom.
- Faster lead conversion.
- decreased time to reach decision makers.
- Larger sales pipeline due to more outreach.
I have access to multiple databases, but usually start with Zoom and only go elsewhere if I cant find a specific contact in Zoom. Zoom has the most complete database with an easy to use interface. I wish the contact information was more accurate, but that is really the only complaint I have.
