ZoomInfo is currently being used by our sales and marketing teams to map target accounts and enrich relevant contact data for our prospects. It is only being used by a few users within our organization, but we may scale up within the next year if we continue to see the value in it.
ZoomInfo can be especially helpful for mapping ABM accounts. Our marketing team and our SDRs really enjoy using their list matching feature to fill in gaps in contact information. Our SDRs also enjoy the Outreach integration, which saves them a lot of time while managing their daily tasks. I personally use ZoomInfo's quick search feature on a daily basis to assist with lead assignments based on territory and company size.
