Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo is used in sales to find leads, generate lists of potential clients, and also to identify geographies to target.

Pros

  • Generate lists.
  • Provides contact info.
  • It links to contact's LinkedIn.

Cons

  • Sometimes the information is outdated/incorrect.
  • You can download lists/contacts based on how many credits you have.
  • Faster lead conversion and lead generating.
  • It's faster at finding contact information for leads.
  • We're able to reach decision-makers quickly and more efficiently.
  • DiscoverOrg
  • Hoover's (Legacy)
I only used the trials for Hoovers & DiscoverOrg, but ZoomInfo provides the most bang for their buck. They are all very similar in terms of what they do and provide. ZoomInfo was chosen for our organization, but I was not the decision maker.
ZoomInfo is suited best for business development and generating sales leads. It's less appropriate in our organization for growing existing accounts and recruiting efforts.
