Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is used in sales to find leads, generate lists of potential clients, and also to identify geographies to target.
Pros
- Generate lists.
- Provides contact info.
- It links to contact's LinkedIn.
Cons
- Sometimes the information is outdated/incorrect.
- You can download lists/contacts based on how many credits you have.
- Faster lead conversion and lead generating.
- It's faster at finding contact information for leads.
- We're able to reach decision-makers quickly and more efficiently.

- Hoover's (Legacy)
I only used the trials for Hoovers & DiscoverOrg, but ZoomInfo provides the most bang for their buck. They are all very similar in terms of what they do and provide. ZoomInfo was chosen for our organization, but I was not the decision maker.
