Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
It is being used on an individual level, and you can request access. Mostly business development uses the tool with the exception of some salespeople.
Pros
- Integration to SFDC.
- Visibility into all social media for the prospect.
Cons
- Better search functionality.
- Up to date info - You have to change filters and make sure you are only searching for the last 6 months. If you don't, then your data is dated.
- Creat a better way to create filters when searching.
- Easy to pull in a large amount of data.
- If you filter correctly the data is fairly good.
I like ZoomInfo better than competitors due to its integration.
