Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
It's being used by three individuals in a single department. It is helping us find contacts and information on said contacts for our database.
- Complete information given on most employees within the database.
- Vast - A lot of cities/areas are covered.
- There are a good number of smaller companies that aren't in ZoomInfo that we are trying to reach, but without success as of now.
- Limited to only searching by location, can't search by full street address without current version - For the price, we were hoping for a little more.
- A lot of times, there are employees in the database that no longer work for the company we're searching.
- Huge database growth in contacts alone. We're simply building on companies we're already familiar with, but many of the salespeople are already reaching out.
- Our salespeople have reached out to a good number of the leads we've taken from ZoomInfo. We're too early in use to tell what ROI is, but I'm confident we'll have a good turn around.
