Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
My company signed up for a "Free Trial" offer with ZoomInfo. We were hoping to use this program to search for company info.
We never got the free trial instead ZoomInfo customer service told me that I would get the free trial following a recommended demo from a Zoominfo representative to go over the their tools. The demo was not really going over the tools but instead we were pressured to purchase their annual subscription for thousands of dollars. I never got the free trial as they advertised.

- Demo is not to train you but to sell you their subscription.
