Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo is being used just within our sales department to identify decision makers and obtain their relevant information.

Pros

  • Provides a hierarchy of employees' positions.
  • Direct phone numbers.

Cons

  • Numbers aren't always accurate.
  • ZoomInfo extension doesn't always load.
  • Faster lead conversion.
  • Expanded our ability to contact decision makers.
Provides direct numbers but Linkedin does provide more relevant job title information.
Finding a direct number for a decisionmaker. Often times that direct number may not be available but it does still provide relevant HQ numbers and email addresses. Could be better at identifying when an HQ number is marked as an individuals direct number so as to avoid confusion when calling the contact.
