Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo was being used by the fundraising department to acquire sales leads

Pros

  • They seem to publish a lot of people's data
  • The platform seems easy to use
  • It appears at times to have updated information

Cons

  • The company does not communicate when the mandatory auto-renewal comes up
  • They become threatening and harrassing if you question their auto renewal practices
  • If you file a complaint with the BBB, they will start in with the harrassing phone calls directed at the person filing the complaint.
  • They are an unscrupulous, unethical company and I recommend finding another service
  • There was absolutely no ROI for us, it was a net loss
If you a a large company and willing to spend a lot of money on something like this and you don't mind if it renews without them contacting you, then I suppose it is ok.

If you are a small company or nonprofit and do not have a lot of money to throw around, then this is not for you. They will not let you out of the contract and will continue with harassing emails and phone calls.
